You have the right to return any item for a refund or exchange, however goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a perfect, unused state. We will not offer a refund until the goods have been returned, assessed and if the item / items have been opened, used, or damaged a refund or exchange won’t be offered.
We do not refund your original postage charges
If you are returning an item for exchange, we will bear the costs of sending the exchanged item back to you (UK only)
Any order classified as a special order, such as spare parts, custom build rifles or pistols are excluded from returns and are purchased under the understanding that a return is not available.
If you require an exchange, please get in contact using the email address: sales@laceysshootingservices.co.uk and include all relevant information such as Order No, what item is to be exchanged and what the replacement needs to be. Once the original item has been received and assessed we can arrange the exchange with you.
