I wanted to thank you for your help and care you showed when we met on Friday at the Shooting Show at the NEC (I was in a buggy).  You kindly spent some time talking me through the FWB P11, as well as charging up the cylinder so I could hear the muzzle report.  I really appreciate the time you took to explain things, and the effort in setting up the dry-fire test. Just to let you know, I have approached the pistol captain at my shooting club and am going for some coaching, as well as looking to enter a postal competition in the near future.  This is a direct result of visiting your stand at the Shooting Show and the help you all gave.
