“The Red dot simulators are a valuable training tool, as well as a means of letting the younger generation try the fantastic sport of target shooting, all without the worry of lead pellets flying through the air. I quite often have parents contact me with reference to their children expressing a wish to try shooting. The Red Dot system is ideal for this, I can visit them at their home, have the whole thing set up within 30 minutes and they can shoot to their hearts content. Once the adults see it, they then want to have a go, thus more people entering the sport.
Every summer we set up a gazebo at our local music festival for all comers to have a go. We found that we got more business the second year when we called it Laser Target rather than shooting for some reason, maybe the public do not like the word shooting in todays world of PC.
The main advantages are, no mess, or risk of damage to property.
No need to worry about projectiles. The laser target uses a highly sensitive laser system, when the trigger is pulled, the vibration is picked up by the sensors which triggers a beam of light. The target can see this beam of light and can identify the exact location. This is then shown on a digital display, showing you the score. It is just like traditional air-rifle / air-pistol shooting with all the unique benefits attached to it. It teaches kids and adults alike, concentration, self control, self awareness and so on but can be done all within the comfort of your own home or sports centre.
No stigma associated with “real” guns.
Can be used by any age group because they are very light and compact
Can be used anywhere at any time.
A great option for disabled people and able bodied, especially when mobility is an issue.
