The Gehmann 700-IV MEC Contact-IV Light Butt Plate is a lightweight, highly adjustable butt plate designed for competitive air rifle and smallbore shooters seeking outstanding comfort and stability with simplified operation. Based on the renowned Contact-IV design, the Light version removes the double-joint mechanism, making adjustments quicker and more intuitive while retaining an extensive range of customisation.

A hand-operated vernier screw provides precise height adjustment, allowing shooters to fine-tune the rifle’s fit without the need for tools. The interchangeable wings are fully adjustable and can be rotated to achieve the ideal shoulder contact, helping to create a stable, repeatable shooting position across a variety of disciplines.

Natural uncured rubber contact pads provide exceptional grip against the shoulder, reducing movement and improving rifle stability throughout the shot. Compatible with most current and older match rifles, the Contact-IV Light can also be upgraded with additional hooks and connecting rods, allowing it to evolve alongside the shooter’s requirements.
