The Gehmann 856 “SUPPORT” Hand Rest is a premium, precision-engineered accessory designed to provide outstanding adjustability, stability and comfort for competitive target shooters. Manufactured in Germany to the highest standards, it offers exceptional versatility, functioning as a hand rest for standing disciplines while also serving as a forend raiser or support for benchrest shooting.

Designed to accommodate a wide range of shooting positions and individual preferences, the SUPPORT features continuous height adjustment from 35mm to 65mm, with a minimum height of 30mm when the palm shelf is removed. A single front-mounted master adjustment screw allows quick, precise height changes, while the innovative three-point guidance system ensures smooth movement and excellent stability throughout the adjustment range.

The hand rest can be rapidly repositioned on a standard UIT accessory rail using large thumb wheels, allowing tool-free adjustment even during competition. Further customisation is provided by an adjustable base width from 48mm to 58mm and a palm shelf offering ±8° radial adjustment, enabling shooters to achieve an ergonomic and repeatable hand position.
