205 Gehmann Junior or Disabled Training Aid

The Gehmann 205 Junior & Disabled Training Aid is a versatile rifle support system designed to help beginners, junior shooters and athletes with disabilities develop confidence, technique and stability while reducing the physical demands of supporting a full-weight target rifle. By partially counterbalancing the rifle’s weight, it allows shooters to concentrate on sight alignment, trigger control and aiming technique, promoting faster skill development and improved shooting performance.

The system is supplied with six removable counterweights, allowing the level of support to be progressively reduced as strength, endurance and confidence increase. This gradual adaptation enables shooters to transition smoothly towards handling the full weight of their competition rifle across all shooting positions.

A durable stainless steel cable runs over precision guide wheels and incorporates a height-adjustable spring stop to provide smooth, controlled support. The adjustable support hook allows the rifle to be positioned at the ideal height while preventing it from contacting the base during use.

Constructed from lightweight yet exceptionally stable aluminium, the training aid features Gehmann’s proven U-shaped base, providing excellent stability while occupying minimal space on the firing point. The removable black plastic feet can also be unscrewed, allowing the unit to be securely mounted directly to a bench or table when required.
